Knowledge Base
AI-generated store context used for blog content creation.
The Knowledge Base is your brand profile — a structured document that the AI reads every time it generates a blog post. It contains everything the AI needs to write content that matches your brand: identity, products, audience, tone, and messaging.
When you first set up the app, the AI automatically analyzes your store and creates this profile. You can expand, review, and edit it anytime.
Store knowledge base content
Click the Store knowledge base content accordion to expand and view your brand profile. The content is organized into 7 default sections:
Brand Identity
Brand name, industry, unique value proposition, mission, vision, taglines
Product Overview
Main collections, key features, design aesthetic, product examples
Target Audience
Customer segments, demographics, psychographics, purchase motivations
Tone & Voice
Tone adjectives, formality, humor, point of view, sentence style
Messaging Pillars
3–5 key messages that define your brand communication
Brand Vocabulary
Preferred words, words to avoid, signature phrases
Content Guidelines
Content goals, CTA style, formatting preferences, do/don't lists
How to edit
Expand the Store knowledge base content accordion.
Click into the editor and make your changes. The editor supports headings, bold, italic, bullet lists, numbered lists, and links.
You can:
Edit any field in the 7 default sections.
Add new sections — for example, "Competitor Positioning", "Content Topics to Avoid", or "Preferred Keywords".
Remove sections you don't need.
Rearrange sections to match your priorities.
Click Save when you're done.
The AI uses your updated profile for all future blog generation — no need to re-enter information each time.
Tip: Focus on the Tone & Voice and Brand Vocabulary sections first. These have the biggest impact on how your generated content sounds.
First-time setup
If the AI hasn't analyzed your store yet (new install or skipped onboarding), you'll see an empty state with two options:
Analyze my store — The AI crawls your store and generates a profile automatically. Free and takes about 30 seconds.
Write manually — Open a blank editor and write your brand profile from scratch.
How the AI uses your Knowledge Base
When you generate a blog post (using AI Writer, AI Assistant, AI Inline, or any AI feature), the AI automatically uses your Knowledge Base as context. You don't need to do anything extra — it just works.
This means:
Blog posts match your brand tone and voice
Product references are accurate to your catalog
Messaging stays consistent across all generated content
General
Manage overall settings for the app.
App language
Select the language for the app interface.
English
Tiếng Việt
Français
Deutsch
Español
Italiano
Português (Brasil)
Nederlands
Dansk
Svenska
简体中文
Choose a language from the dropdown. The interface updates immediately.
Note: The app interface language and the AI writing language are independent. You can use the app in Vietnamese but have the AI write blog posts in English.
Content protection
Reduce unauthorized copying and scraping of your blog content.
Disable keyboard shortcuts
Blocks Copy (⌘C), Cut (⌘X), Save (⌘S), and View source (⌘⌥U) on your blog pages
Disable right click
Prevents the right-click context menu on your blog pages
Toggle Content protection on, then check the options you want. Click Save to apply.
Note: Content protection discourages casual copying but is not 100% secure. Visitors can still access page source through browser developer tools. It works best as a deterrent for the majority of readers.
Writing
Manage writing preferences across the app.
Autosave
Ensures continuous preservation of content during the writing process.
Autosave
On / Off
When enabled, the editor automatically saves your work at regular intervals while you write. Toggle it on and click Save to apply.
Tip: Keep autosave on. It protects your work from accidental loss without being distracting.
Structured data
Manage structured content settings for posts.
Article structured data
Add structured data to help search engines better understand and display your blog post. When enabled, the app automatically injects Article schema markup into your posts when they are published.
The preview card shows how your blog post appears in search results with structured data - including your site name, URL, post title, and meta description.
Toggle Article structured data on and click Save to enable it for all blog posts.
Tip: Keep Article structured data enabled. It helps Google identify your content as blog articles and can improve how your posts appear in search results.
Effects
Add seasonal animations to your blog posts.
Seasonal animation
Snowfall
Falling snowflakes — great for winter, Christmas, New Year
Toggle Seasonal animation on, then select an effect. Click Edit next to an effect to customize its appearance (color, speed, density). Click Save to apply.
The animation will appear on all blog pages in your storefront immediately after saving. Toggle it off and save to remove it.
Note: Animations are lightweight and should not noticeably affect your page load speed.
